Cancel through the billing portal before the displayed trial end to prevent the first recurring charge. Keep the checkout email and subscription confirmation for reference.
After billing starts
Cancellation stops future renewal and access continues according to the status shown in the billing portal. It does not automatically reverse a charge already processed.
Billing problem or refund request
Email [email protected] with the account email, charge date and reason. Requests are reviewed against service delivery, duplicate or unauthorised charges, the displayed offer and applicable consumer rights.
